Rates and Rules for River Rock Rentals on the Frio River

Season:
    $375/night for six people or less ($5 additional per person)
    $300/night non season

Minimum two night stay/three night stay for holidays:

In order to reserve a reservation a deposit of one night's rental must be paid The remaining balance due must be received 14 days prior to arrival date Cancellations will not be accepted with less than 10 days of arrival A damage deposit is due on arrival and will be returned when property is inspected after departure.

Rules:

• No firearms
• No four wheelers or other off road motorized vehicles
• No illegal narcotics
• No glass containers in or around the river
• No smoking in the house
• No camping in tents
• No fireworks
• No excessive drinking
  
  

Any of the above will result in immediate eviction with no refund!

Dogs may be accepted with an additional fee (with approval of the property manager).
